The Practice: Use "Breath of Fire." Sit tall, and pump your navel in and out through your nose with quick, rhythmic breaths. Do this for 1 minute when you feel brain fog. It clears the solar plexus (your power center) and aligns your frequency with the high-speed "Lightube" of ascension.
4. Grounding the Lightning With so much fire and speed, we must stay connected to the Earth, or we will "burn out."
The Practice: Walk barefoot on the grass for 10 minutes a day. Imagine you have literal "hooves" like the Horse—strong, solid, and connected to the soil. This allows the high-frequency light to flow through you into the world, rather than getting stuck in your head as anxiety.
