Distance healing is an energy-based practice where a practitioner directs healing intent or life-force energy to a recipient across any physical distance, operating on the principle that the energetic body is not bound by the constraints of space or time. To prepare, a person should create a quiet, comfortable, safe space at home, free from distractions, hydrate well to support energy flow, and enter a state of conscious receptivity by setting a clear intention for what they wish to shift or heal. During the session, the recipient typically sits down or lies down in a relaxed position, focusing on deep breathing and allowing themselves to "be" rather than "do," which creates the optimal internal environment for integrating the subtle frequencies being shared.
