We're so excited to invite you to our Soul Support Group, a safe and nurturing space where we'll journey together through powerful sessions of letting go and deep healing.

Join us as we explore techniques like guided meditations, journaling, and heartfelt sharing to gently release what no longer serves us and create space for more joy, peace, and authenticity. It's a chance to connect with like-minded friends, offer and receive support, and truly honour your own healing journey.

We'll be meeting every second Thursday of the month, from 12pm to 2pm, at the beautiful Mount Zion Chapel in Middleton, starting on April 17th. Whether you're new to this kind of work or have been on a healing path for a while, you're warmly welcomed!
