What to Expect

This 2 hour session is a balanced blend of ritual, energy work, and community connection. We move through the following stages together:

• Grounding & Opening: We begin with a calming guided meditation to harmonize the group’s frequency and open your energetic channels.

• Collective Healing: A powerful hands-on energy exchange where every participant has the opportunity to both give and receive Reiki in a "group treatment" format.
