We invite you to pause… breathe… and reset your energy. ✨🌿
Join us every first Tuesday of each month at the new location of stunning Mount Zion Chapel in Middleton by Wirksworth, for Mindful Flow & Angelic Reiki run by the 9th Ray Holistic Wellness — A peaceful space to relax, recharge, and explore the importance of true self-care with Angelic Reiki Master Teacher and Retreat Facilitator Anna Moerbeek.💚
Together, we’ll explore simple and meaningful self-care practices that nourish not only the body and mind, but also the soul — supported by the soothing, restorative energy of Angelic Reiki healing energy. 🪽✨
Each session will bring together three carefully chosen practices from our beautiful menu of offerings:
🌙 Rituals — creating meaningful moments of intention, reflection and connection.
🌿 Qi Gong — gentle movement and flowing energy to bring harmony to body and mind.
