About the event
At 9th Ray, we believe that the power of a holistic wellness is best experienced in a safe and intimate setting. That's why we're hosting a special in person "Journey Within" mini-retreat on the second Saturday of each month specifically limited to 12 participants.
Heat & Heal - Nature wellness mini retreat:
sacred Blue Lotus Ritual: this Lotus tea will help everyone slow down, relax, and feel completely present in the moment.
🧖 Sauna: You will sit back and let the deep, soothing heat melt away your physical tension and sweat out the week's stress.
❄️ Cold Plunge: A quick, refreshing dip in cool water that instantly wakes up your body, boosts your circulation, and leaves you feeling completely energized.
💃 Chakra Movement: We will do some easy, joyful physical movements to great music to unblock your body's natural energy centers and get you feeling balanced.
